Thought some of you might like to know. Catalina Island, of the coast near Los Angeles is planning on running a grand prix again this December 3-5. I know its months from now, but no one currently knows how hard it is going to be to enter, and whether its going to be open or lottery or what. We don't even know what classes will run. But it is being put on by AMA district 37 guys, and they normally have classes for everything including vintage and classic, and post vintage. they have a web site up, but no real info, at www.thecatalinagrandprix.com they are also on facebook, with more info there.

This race was last run in 1958. There are videos on youtube from 1957 and 58.
Its an on road, off road race, with most of it being dirt road.
